MrBargains.com is an advertising platform. Your contract is with the individual business or person advertised.

MrBargains.com publishes listings supplied by advertisers. We do not sell the products or services shown and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. Prices, offers and availability are set by advertisers and may change; please confirm details directly with the advertiser before buying.

Advertisers are responsible for making sure their listings are accurate, lawful and that they hold any rights to the content (logos, photos, videos) they supply. We may refuse or remove any listing.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Privacy

If you contact us or send an enquiry, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone and message) only to reply to you. Forms are processed by our form provider Formspree on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@mrbargains.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. These are only set with your consent. The cookies and tools we use are:

• Google Analytics (only if you click “Accept”): the cookies _ga and _ga_WWDB0G4DY5, kept for up to 2 years.
• Your cookie choice: a cookie-consent entry in your browser’s local storage that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
• Streamable (only when you press play on a video): the video player may set its own cookies.
